Grateful everyday.

Starting this week off with ritual. Journaling, sipping, dreaming, forest gazing. Rituals that help me plug back into source and what it is I want to create and share. Today the big teaching coming up was acknowledgement. Acknowledge where you’ve been, even if where you’ve landed no longer serves and your ready for a shift. Honor the former you that got you here. Be kind to yourself.
