Terms and Conditions

  These Booking Conditions contain important information. It is essential that you carefully read and understand them. The Booking Conditions constitute a legally binding contract for the services provided. By booking with us and paying the non-refundable fees or full payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Booking Conditions. Acceptance of your booking will be confirmed in writing to you. If you have any queries regarding these Conditions please raise your query with us.

Cancellation Policy 

If you cancel your booking, refunds are not offered for any reason. A portion of your full payment or deposit can be used as credit for another retreat. This must be taken within two years of your original retreat date.  Alternatively, your credit can be transfered to another person’s name upon your arrangement of that transfer.

Depending on when you cancel your booking cancellation penalties may apply. Fees are determined by the following schedule:

If you cancel more than 90 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat.

If you cancel 60 – 89 days before your retreat start date, 75% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat. You will forfeit 25% of the price of your retreat.

If you cancel 15 – 59 days before your retreat start date, 40% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat. You will forfeit 60% of the price of your retreat.

If you cancel 14 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.

Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early on your booked retreat.

Travel and Cancellation Insurance

To join our Bali retreat, for your own security and safety, we require you to have travel insurance. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 7 days of making your reservation. Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all relevant SPORT ACTIVITIES that you will be engaging in on your Bali retreat & TRIP CANCELLATION. Also, to enter Indonesia you need insurance that includes covid-19 coverage. We recommend  World Nomads Travel Insurance, as this covers you for all activities during a retreat; including Covid related travel insurance.

Special Covid Cancellation Policy

We understand covid has made it complicated to travel, So, what happens if Indonesia’s borders close on the date I’ve booked to come?

If Indonesia’s borders close and this prevents you from joining the retreat, your payment amount will be held in credit for you to apply in full to any future retreats and your travel insurance should cover any travel or flight interruption costs.

Unforeseen Cancellation

 While we have never cancelled a retreat, if we must cancel this retreat for any reasons, you may transfer your full payment to another retreat, or you may request a full refund of your payment to us constituting a full settlement.  We are not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
