Join Michelle for 4 days and 3 nights of nurturing and self care as we dive deep into the well of Ashtanga Yoga.  More than just a method, this transformative yoga practice is a tool  for learning how to listen to your own inner guidence, and to develop an unwavering focus and commitment to living this human experience fully, completely open and ready to embrace change.

During the last 7 months, most of us have faced incredible challenges as many of the normalities we have taken for granted as givens, have been stripped away.  Within this time of great change, there have also been opportunities for growth and simplifying our lives, time for introspection and a chance to change what wasn’t working before.   That’s very much what yoga and meditation can help us to integrate into our daily lives.   We step onto our mats and what unfolds is a deep connection to source, the simple awareness of our bodies, mind and breath merging on the mat.  Embedded within that simple awareness of the present moment lies clarity, simplicity and gratitude.

Michelle Freeman is a wonderful yoga instructor and an all round gorgeous human being.
